| Air Duct Heater |
|
| Our Air Duct Heaters are designed to heat moving air and gasses up to 1200F. There are many available options, including: moisture or explosion proof wiring enclosures, gas tight construction on elements to the flange, high limit thermocouple attached to the sheath of the element, special ratings and sizes, spare elements, and all stainless construction for high temperature or corrosive gasses.

Circulation Heaters are suitable for heating liquids and gasses. We offer a wide selection of tubular elements in stock for quick delivery. Choose from Screw Plug, Flanged, High Capacity, and Suction Oil options. We use high quality stainless steel sheathing on all but the suction oil heaters to allow the widest coverage of applications possible. High purity MgO powder is compacted to provide maximum heat conductivity and optimum dielectric strength. Some additional features include Type 'A' 80/20 resistance wire, fusion welded junction between pin and resistance wire, recompacted MgO density in bend areas, moisture seals and epoxy seals for water applications, galvanized or carbon steel pipe vessels, heavy duty mountings, painted steel shroud encasing insulation and many other upgraded features that set our heaters apart from our competition.

Superior quality at competitive prices is what you'll receive from our Flange, Screw Plug and Over the Side Immersion Heaters. We feature heaters that are nearly 100% energy efficient and can operate in the harshest environments with strict temperature control and high pressure capability. Our heavy duty design is the choice for heating a wide variety of oils, highly-viscous material, water, solvents, gasses, solutions and corrosive materials.

| Alumina Thick Film Heater |
|
| Our Thick Film Heaters use the latest materials to formulate dielectric, conductive and resistive elements for producing high performance heaters, resistors and other circuit elements on insulated steel, stainless steel and ceramic substrates.
These heaters feature the proprietary Elpor system which electrically insulates metal substrates. These heaters provide very fast temperature response and uniformity in a low-profile heater which makes them ideal for limited space, and high watt-density applications and applications where output needs to be profiled across the surface.

Flexible Silicone Rubber Heaters have many applications and are an excellent heat source. Silicone rubber is a superb dielectric material which protects the interior element from physical and environmental damage. These heaters have the design capability to distribute wattage and create heat patterns within a single heater. Silicone rubber heaters can come with integrated temperature sensors or thermostats and are available with a wide variety of mounting options.

Polyimide Flexible Heaters are thin, low mass and can be produced in endless shapes and sizes. The polyimide material has high dielectric strength, outstanding dimensional stability and can adhere to three dimensional shapes. These heaters are also low out gassing and resistant to radiation and most solvents.

Clearview Heaters provide the high degree of light transmission required for such applications as LCD Screens, Touch Screens, Hand Held Scanners and Images. Our Clearview does not have the typical electrical design constraints, high power demand, cracking, resistance variation and wide resistance tolerances, and lead location constraints of our competitor's ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) products. Clearview allows human interface displays to be usable in cold, high humidity/low dew-point environments and locations where ambient temperature can change quickly.
