Bill Buckley - President
William Buckley graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering in 1986. Early in his career, he headed the R&D efforts at a company specializing in high temperature insulating products. With a strong engineering background, he was soon lured in the direction of technical sales. From field sales technical support, he assumed responsibility of Sales Manager overseeing a national network of manufacturers' representatives and distributors. In 1994, Bill joined forces with Thurston Engineering, Inc., a well established, successful manufacturers' representative company founded and then led by Joe Thurston. Through years of continued sales success, Bill purchased and ownership stake in the company in 1999. Bill assumed leadership of the company in 2008 and currently serves as the company's President. Bill is active in his community and serves in leadership roles at his church and civic organizations.

Mike Hascher - Vice President
Mike Hascher is a 1982 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in Business Administration. Mike has focused his career on technical sales of engineered solutions based products and services to the metal casting, machining and molding industries. Specialized injection machine building management, utilizing many of the products and services provided by Thurston Engineering allowed Mike to strengthen his association with Bill Buckley and their joint "heat containment" solutions past. Mike has been an active partner in the Thurston Engineering organization since 2007.

As our Sales Coordinator, Joan focuses on providing our customers with prompt and efficient project management and assures that each project moves forward to a successful outcome. Joan is a graduate of Miami University with a BA in Business. She has over ten years of experience in project management positions.
